The WTS team is comprised of up individuals with vast experience in the fitness, activities/recreation and spa consulting, design, pre-opening and daily management fields. Please take a moment to read our executive summaries.

Garth Hudson, Caribbean Regional Director

Joining WTS in 1997, Mr. Hudson shortly thereafter moved to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands to open and manage WTS’ first Caribbean account at Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort. A 1995 graduate of Springfield College with degrees in Sports Management and Business Administration, Mr. Hudson has been involved with numerous resort spa openings and management ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet in the Virgin Islands and surrounding Caribbean islands.

Mr. Hudson is responsible for assisting with needs assessment studies and pre-openings, developing operating budgets, creating marketing plans, providing training in revenue generation and cost controls, mentoring and overseeing area spa directors, maintaining client communications and critiquing all operational aspects of WTS’ Caribbean spas.
