Jennifer Jacobs, Corporate Director of Operations

Over the past 15 years, Jennifer Jacobs has been extensively involved in the recreation and leisure industry. Jennifer earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Recreation Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. While attending Ohio University, she was extensively involved in the campus recreation department and served as a member of the opening team for the 168,000 square foot Ping Student Recreation Center. Jennifer worked closely with the Club Sports, Special Events, and Instructional Programs at Ohio University and minored in Outdoor Adventure. Prior to joining WTS, Jennifer also spent several years in municipal recreation opening new community centers and leisure complexes as well as developing an array of lifestyle activities for residents of all ages and interests including aquatics, fitness, wellness, sports, life enrichment, outdoor adventure, summer camps, special events, and multi-generational programs. As the Corporate Director of Operations, Jennifer provides direction and guidance to a talented team of Regional Directors and Specialists that oversee the pre-opening and management of all WTS affiliated sites. In addition, Jennifer is responsible for the continued development and execution of systems and resources to support the successful delivery of WTS’ services.
