The WTS team is comprised of up individuals with vast experience in the fitness, activities/recreation and spa consulting, design, pre-opening and daily management fields. Please take a moment to read our executive summaries.

Jennifer Jacobs, Director of Operations

During the past decade, Ms. Jacobs has been extensively involved in the successful planning, implementation, and promotion of a wide variety of recreation programming and leisure activities for both adults and children. Ms. Jacobs earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Recreation Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. While attending Ohio University, she was involved in the grand opening of the 168,000 square foot Ping Student Recreation Center and has since assisted in the opening and programming of several large recreation centers throughout Ohio. Most recently, she worked as the Facility Manager at an 110,000 square foot community recreation center in Medina, Ohio where she was responsible for the creation and implementation of a diverse selection of activity programming including aquatics, fitness, sports, life enrichment, outdoor adventure and multi-generational programs. As the Director of Operations, she has overall responsibility for the development of corporate resources and systems provided to WTS affiliated sites, developing standard programming and activities utilized in active adult and community oriented facilities, managing the Creative Services Team, and implementing marketing and promotional tools which enhance utilization and drive revenue.
