Tina Berger, Senior Vice President

Ms. Berger has an extensive background in the hotel/resort and hospitality industry. For over 10 years, she has served as General Manager for the Sanderling Resort, Spa and Conference Center located in Duck, North Carolina. The Sanderling is one of the most prestigious destination resort properties in the U.S. During that time, she was responsible for overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Resort’s operation. She was intimately involved in the concept, design and construction of all nine construction projects since the Resort’s conception in 1985 including the Sanderling Health Club and Spa design. Her past affiliations include Hilton Hotels Corp. and with Hyatt Hotels Corp. at the Hyatt Union Square in San Francisco, CA. Ms. Berger has served as an active member on numerous industry boards of directors, and was chosen as the General Manager of the year in 1998 by the North Carolina Hotel and Motel Association. At WTS, Ms. Berger oversees spa operations and pre-opening services for new spas.
