at Vistancia, one of the Trilogy communities created by a division of
Shea Homes, is comprised of 1,000 acres and nearly 2,400 homes. Trilogy
at Vistancia is an age-qualified resort community featuring world class
amenities including the new Kiva Club and Alvea Spa. The community center is a 40,000 square foot “lifestyle” facility which includes a state-of-the-art fitness/wellness center, lap pool, group exercise area, business center, cafe and numerous other recreational and social areas.
